Whilst the weather might be questionable, Events with Heathcote & Co has been glorious this summer.
A host of events have been keeping us busy this summer, with a BBQ in a teepee, a private dinner hosted in the grounds of RHS Bridgewater, big birthday celebrations are to name just a few. A mixture of menus that truly set the tastebuds on fire!
Themed charcuterie sharing planks, whole rotisserie spring lamb, BBQ lobster, really allowed chef to enjoy his passion of working with great ingredients.
