Our reimagined VW camper van will be a great addition to the occasion, serving Prosecco by the glass and bottle with an accompanying scone menu featuring savoury and sweet scones alike.

Paul has been awarded the highly prestigious Honorary Fellow award to celebrate his distinguished and long-lasting connection with the University over the years.

Paul has also been recognised and awarded an Honorary Fellowship of Bolton University, a title he is proud to hold. He recently took on the very important role of judging the first Black Pudding cooking competition, the competition celebrated the creative and technical skills of students from 6 catering colleges across the North, who had been competing since early April to create a dish showcasing black pudding.

The winners of the regional heats were judged by Paul and a panel of top chefs at the end of May, with results being announced and prizes presented at an Awards Lunch on 28th June at the Chancellors Building & Social Learning Hall at the University of Bolton.
