Mrs Kirkhams

Ruth Kirkham began making Lancashire Cheese at Beesley Farm over 30 years ago. As a third generation cheese-maker, Mrs Kirkhams have indulged in a series of activities to promote their cheese, and have recently shipped to the USA. Mrs kirkhams’ cheese matures better, retains flavour, and retains texture.

Ann Forshaw’s Alston Dairy

Ann’s journey began with one gallon of yogurt in her kitchen, having attended a course at Hutton College, and in 1983 Ann Forshaw’s Alston Dairy was born. In 1999 they moved into a new purpose built dairy in Longridge where Ann set about making low fat yogurt.

Our fish is sourced locally where possible, with Fleetwood fish market being on our door step. Neve Fleetwood have been supplying fresh fish to the North West for over 30 years, and goes back three generations. Neve Fleetwood supplies fish from sustainable sources and we work closely with organisations such as MSC, to ensure high standards are maintained.

Boutinot Wines

Boutinot’s story began in 1980, when Paul Boutinot headed over to Loire, France, to source better-quality wines. Once back in Cheadle, his wines were immediately successful with customers and nearby restauranteurs. Since then, Boutinot Wines have grown organically, selling their   highly acclaimed, award-winning wines all around the world.
